Join us in making a real difference for families in South Abingdon! Abingdon Carousel Family Centre is seeking a Saturday Support Playworker to support our popular Saturday Club, delivering high-quality, inclusive play sessions for children aged 0–10 and their families.

Hours: Saturdays, 8.30–12.30 (4 hours per week, 45 weeks per year)

This role would suit someone with experience or interest in early years, playwork or family support, looking for a meaningful part-time role. Relevant training can be provided.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest/background/experience in childcare, playwork, or education
  • A passion for creating a welcoming, vibrant space for children
  • Willingness to complete training in food hygiene, safeguarding, and paediatric first aid (if not already qualified)
