Overview

We are looking for a proactive EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) Administrator with excellent organisational and IT skills to join our SEND Support Department at Witney Campus. You will play a key role in managing statutory EHCP processes, working collaboratively across the college and with external partners to ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate EHCP administration, consultations, and annual reviews in line with statutory deadlines.
  • Liaise with SENCOs, Local Authorities, cross-college teams, and external professionals to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate SEND databases, documentation, and records, including updating and proofreading EHCP paperwork.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, including minute taking and managing communications.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and wider digital systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Confident communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in SEND, education, or a related support environment.
  • Knowledge of EHCP processes and the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Experience liaising with Local Authorities and external professionals.
  • Experience managing databases or reporting systems.
