Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the college\\\’s SEND Support team. You will line manage a team of LSAs and provide in class support to our students with SEND to enable them to achieve their full potential.

Essential Experience

  • Must have experience of line management; be an experienced LSA or Teaching Assistant with a broad range of experience supporting young people within an educational environment.
  • The ability to communicate professionally with staff, students and other stakeholders is integral to this role.
  • Your knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the Preparation for Adulthood framework will be important to your success in this role.
  • You will be highly self-motivated, an excellent team player and be solution focused.
