Successful candidates will have experience of line managing others, be experienced LSAs or Teaching Assistants, with a broad range of experience supporting young people within an educational environment. The ability to communicate professionally with staff, students and other stakeholders will be integral to this role., Your knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and the Preparation for Adulthood framework will be important to your success in this role. You will be highly self-motivated, an excellent team player and be solution focussed.
