Are you passionate about your subject and eager to inspire the next generation? Abingdon & Witney College is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hourly Paid Lecturers (HPLs) to join our dynamic teaching team across the following curriculum areas:
- Sport and Football
- Public Services
- Business & Marketing
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, flexible teaching and learning within your subject area.
- Inspire and support students through engaging, real-world learning experiences.
- Contribute to the planning and development of curriculum and lesson materials.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Engage in relevant CPD and maintain industry and subject knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the student experience.
Essential Experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more of the curriculum areas.
- Relevant qualifications or professional background in your area of expertise.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to student success and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work flexibly across sites and time schedules.
Desirable Experience
- Teaching experience within further education or a related setting.
- Industry links or practical experience relevant to the subject area.

- Sports Academy or Sports Therapy experience (for Sport and Football).
