Overview

We are seeking a Pathways Curriculum Manager to lead our specialist SEND curriculum area, shaping meaningful progression routes that support continued education, independent living, and supported employment. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by designing and delivering inclusive, learner-centred pathways that empower individuals with diverse needs to thrive. In this strategic role, you\'ll collaborate across departments to ensure every learner has a clear, supported journey toward their goals. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the curriculum delivery teams across the Pathways programme.
  • Ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and student success.
  • Develop strong partnerships with industry to enhance curriculum relevance and progression opportunities.
  • Support staff development and performance to ensure outstanding outcomes.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience leading specialist SEND provision in a school or college
  • An excellent understanding of the preparation for adulthood framework for post 16 learners
  • A strong understanding of quality assurance, curriculum planning and funding frameworks.
  • Inspirational leadership and people management skills.
  • A commitment to learner success and inclusion.
