You don't need a formal trade qualification. If you have practical experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, facilities, property services, plumbing, electrical work, or a similar environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Support learners during practical workshops and activities.
- Prepare and maintain tools, equipment and training areas.
- Help create a safe, organised and engaging learning environment.
- Assist lecturers with lessons, demonstrations and assessments.
- Support open events, competitions and enrichment activities including occasional driving of the college minibus.
What We're Looking For:
- Practical, hands-on experience in a technical or trade-related environment.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support learners.
- Basic IT, English and Maths skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be willing to train to drive a minibus.
