We are growing our Engineering team and are looking to appoint a lecturer to support increasing student numbers and provision. Our current delivery model is strong and fully established - these roles are about adding capacity and bringing in new industry expertise, not filling gaps. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from industry into education.
Whether you have years of experience in mechanical design, CAD, manufacturing or a related field, we will support you to develop your teaching practice and gain qualifications where needed. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in mechanical design and CAD (ideally SolidWorks), helping us further strengthen this area within the team.
The role is intentionally flexible. Depending on your background, you could teach in a workshop, CAD/computer suite, specialist teaching room or design.
