As a Study Programme Lead, you will take ownership of the planning, delivery, assessment and quality assurance of Electrical Installation programmes while managing and supporting the academic progress of your students throughout their learning journey.

This purpose is a core requirement of the role.

  • Curriculum Leadership and Programme Development
  • Leading the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Electrical Installation programmes.
  • Designing and implementing effective programme and course inductions.
  • Coordinating learning plans and contributing to curriculum and timetable planning.
  • Supporting quality assurance processes, including internal verification activities.
  • Monitoring learner performance data and ensuring programme records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Using student feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
