We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Services team and help keep the College running smoothly, efficiently, and securely. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations, supporting staff and students, resolving technical issues, and helping users build their digital confidence. Responsibilities:
- Providing first and second‑line support via our IT Service Desk.
- Troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Logging, tracking, and escalating support requests where required.
- Communicating technical solutions clearly to non‑technical users.
- Handling all data with confidentiality and professionalism.
Keeping our technology running:
- Ensuring PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals are fully operational.
- Assisting with the setup and relocation of IT equipment.
- Supporting the rollout of new systems and digital services.
Supporting systems & infrastructure:
- Carrying out routine systems administration tasks.
- Helping maintain system security, backups, and updates.
- Working with external suppliers to resolve issues and support upgrades.
- Documenting fixes and procedures to help share knowledge across the team.
Contributing to key IT projects:
- Supporting system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- Testing new tools and providing valuable feedback.
You’ll collaborate closely with the IT Service Desk, IT Systems Team, and IT Systems Technical Lead, working together to deliver outstanding service across the College.
