We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Exams Administrator to join our dedicated examinations team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of examinations and student records across the College.

  • Post-results services and student enquiries
  • Awarding body registrations and examination entries
  • GCSE November resits
  • T-Level resits
  • Exam timetable management and coordination
  • Supporting students and staff through crucial examination periods

About the Role

Working closely with the Exams Manager and wider MIS team, you will support all aspects of the examinations process, ensuring compliance with awarding body regulations and maintaining accurate student records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing examination registrations and entries
  • Liaising with awarding bodies and meeting strict deadlines
  • Producing examination timetables and coordinating exam logistics
  • Supporting students with examination enquiries and results
  • Organising invigilator arrangements and examination venues
  • Processing student achievements and examination records
  • Supporting post-results services, appeals and re-sit processes
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential data
  • Assisting the MIS team during peak operational periods

  • Has strong administrative or office-based experience
  • Thrives under pressure and can prioritise competing deadlines
  • Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can remain calm and solution-focused when challenges arise
  • Has strong communication and customer service skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and databases
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a busy team
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and compliance
