Abimatic Care Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our growing team.

We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them to remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.

The Role As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide care and support tailored to each individual's needs.

Depending on the care package and your assessed competencies, your responsibilities may include: Personal care and maintaining dignity Moving and handling, including the use of hoists and other equipment Medication support and administration PEG feeding and PEG care NIV/Bi PAP support Cough assist and suctioning Catheter and continence care Monitoring and recording observations Supporting individuals with mobility and repositioning Meal preparation and fluid support Providing companionship and emotional support Completing accurate care records Recognising and reporting changes in a person's health or wellbeing Working closely with families and other healthcare professionals Full training and competency assessments will be provided where required.
