Ability Avenue Care Ltd is a growing care provider delivering high‑quality Supported Living and Home Care services across Somerset and Dorset. We work closely with Somerset Council and are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Location: Waterloo House, Yeovil (Office Based)

Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for progression.

Job Type: Permanent | Full Time

Working alongside our Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate care and support services
  • Liaise with the people we support, their families, Somerset Council and other professionals
  • Support recruitment and staff onboarding
  • Maintain CQC compliance and quality standards
  • Assist with care planning, reviews and the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator within Supported Living or Home Care
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • A positive, proactive and compassionate approach
  • A full UK driving licence is desirable.
