With established client relationships and an energetic bookings desk already running at a high volume, we’re looking for a booking consultant to join our team to help us deliver exceptional service.

The Role

As a Booking Consultant, you will:

* Manage incoming shift requests from NHS Trusts via Allocate, NHSP, Patchwork and other booking portals.

* Match suitable candidates quickly and accurately to client requirements.

* Proactively fill shifts to achieve desk targets (already operating at five-figure weekly revenues).

* Be on a shared rota for on-call/weekend bookings.

* Build strong relationships with both candidates and client staffing leads.

* Maintain compliance standards (right to work, framework checks, availability tracking).

* Report directly to the Senior Consultant and contribute to weekly performance updates.

What We’re Looking For

* Essential: Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or NHS staff booking.

* Confident with Allocate, NHSP, or similar booking systems.

* Fast-paced mindset – able to handle high-volume shift bookings under pressure.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Driven, target-focused, and able to work independently and in a team.
