The Role
Providing 1:1 overnight support to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health issues so, adaptive communication skills are essential.
Supporting them to complete their night time routine, providing reassurance if they wake during the night and supporting them to manage their sleep pattern.
Completion of required cleaning tasks.
This is a great opportunity to join the existing teams of staff who provide high quality, person centered support.
Previous experience is desirable although full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Wake Watch rotas will be completed on rotational basis providing a good work life balance of alternate weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide person-centered support and assistance.
· Foster a safe and supportive environment.
· Implement individual care plans.
· Support with personal care and daily living tasks.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation.

The Person
· Previous experience of working with complex behaviour would be an advantage but not essential as training is provided.
