We are a CQC regulated complex care company and we provide at-home TDDI nursing and complex care services. We are looking for a payroll and accounts manager to join us, ideally in our Midlands office based out of Stafford. Historically, this role has required about 16 hours a week spanning Tuesday to Thursday: Hours are reported on a Tuesday, payroll is processed every Wednesday and client invoices need to be sent out by Thursday morning.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise resource allocation.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal policies related to finance and taxation.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Implement effective internal controls to safeguard organisational assets.
