As a Customer Service Adviser in the contact centre, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers over the telephone, via email, and through administrative processes. This is not a sales role, and there are no rigid targets, your focus will be on providing excellent service and guidance.

Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Handling incoming calls, gathering and providing information based on customer needs

Sending follow-up emails to confirm discussions and share resources

  • Assisting customers with documentation and compliance processes related to fisheries exports and marine management

  • Carrying out administrative procedures to aid the team
