Abigail Ahern is looking for a new full time Social Media Specialist to join their interiors-obsessed team. A key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing, monitoring and guiding the brand’s presence in all current (and future) social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with social strategy, a savvy background in content creation that engages and converts, as well as building passionate online communities. Plan, schedule and manage all social media posts and social communications. Manage day-to-day community engagement (DMs, comments, tags) Develop, nurture and grow the Abigail Ahern community. Drive collaborations with like-minded brands, brand friends and influencers. Plan and execute social-first photoshoots to create captivating digital assets for use across organic and paid marketing channels. Create compelling of-the-moment on-brand social content that engages and converts. Work with the wider team to ensure brand, campaign and product messaging is accurate and consistent across all social communications. Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver a best-in-class integrated digital marketing strategy. Collaborate with the Paid Social Media Manager, providing assets, insights and recommendations. Report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and growth plans to boost engagement, followers, reach and exceed revenue targets. Be risk-aware, carry out due diligence & ensure communications are always handled appropriately and sensitively. Stay up to date on the latest in social media trends, algorithms, and platform advancements. 3 years + social media management experience in DTC brands. ~ Demonstrable experience of social media strategy & successful community growth initiatives ~ An expert in all things Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube, with scope to explore new channels. ~ Retouching, basic video editing & digital asset management experience. ~ Highly creative, with a very strong visual eye for visual storytelling and trend forecasting. ~ Excellent written and communication skills ~ Basic SEO Experience running paid social media ad activity. Creative / Homeware / Interiors brand experience
