We are a design-led UK homeware and lifestyle brand, working at the intersection of heritage and modern living. Our collections span furniture, lighting, and accessories, with a focus on thoughtful design, materiality, and timeless appeal.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant to support the execution and coordination of our marketing activity across email, content, and key digital channels. This is a hands-on, highly organised role. You will work closely with the Founder / Head of Brand & Marketing to support campaigns, content, and day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Email Marketing
- Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns, including builds, scheduling and sends
- Supporting email segmentation, A/B testing and ongoing flow updates
- Monitoring performance, analysing open rates and click-through rates and supporting ongoing optimisation
- Content Marketing
- Support the delivery of content and campaign activity across key marketing moments, including:
- Supporting content and campaign planning across launches, collections and seasonal moments
- Coordinating brand and campaign assets to ensure timely delivery and consistency
- Writing and supporting the delivery of content briefs for internal teams and external partners
- Supporting Pinterest content planning, scheduling and performance tracking
- Maintaining the marketing calendar and digital asset library
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities and audience insights
- Marketing Operations
- Support the smooth running of marketing activity by:
- Growing press, influencer and new channel activity
- Supporting photoshoots and capturing behind-the-scenes content for marketing use
- Working with the e-commerce team to coordinate landing pages and campaign support
- KPI tracking and marketing reporting
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, brand or content-focused role
- Experience supporting end-to-end email campaign delivery
- Experience using platforms such as Klaviyo, Pinterest and Shopify (or similar tools)
- Highly organised, with excellent time-management skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confident written communication skills, with experience working to established tone-of-voice guidelines
- Comfortable supporting activity across multiple marketing channels
- Calm, reliable and structured in your approach to work
- Highly analytical and enjoys bringing clarity and organisation to creative ideas and campaigns
- Genuine interest in interiors, homeware or lifestyle brands
- Experience with SEO is beneficial but not essential
