Abicare is seeking a Community Team Manager to lead and develop the local care team across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. The role combines hands-on field support with operational and administrative duties, ensuring person-centred care, staff development and compliance across the locality.
You will work alongside the Registered Manager, spend about 50% in the community and 50% in the office, and help grow Abicare’s services while maintaining high care standards and reliable service
