Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Carer, Community Carer, Domiciliary Care Worker or Support Practitioner is welcomed but not essential. We are looking for Care Assistants in Builth Wells and the surrounding areas, including Llandrindod Wells, Rhayader, Llanwrtyd Wells, Newbridge-on-Wye and Erwood.
About The Role
As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality domiciliary care and home care support to clients within their own homes. Your role may include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Dementia support
- Assisting with daily living
- Promoting independence and well-being
- Travelling between clients in the community
This is a community-based role where no two days are the same.
Working Hours
- Full-time
- Part-time
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend availability
Typical care calls may begin from around 7 am. We will work with your availability where possible, but flexibility is essential for this role.
