We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Pease Pottage. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, preparing and dispatching shipments, receiving and organising inbound stock, and carrying out quality checks on returned items. What You Will Be Doing
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, order fulfilment, and return processing.
- Unload deliveries and organise inventory according to procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain stock replenishment levels.
- Participate in companywide stocktakes, and support in improving accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct outbound operations, including booking orders, wrapping pallets, loading trucks, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
- Support the wider Warehouse Team and take on extra tasks as needed.
- Handle special projects and admin duties as required.
- Foster a commitment to ABI Interiors' mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive environment.
About You
- Experience as a warehouse assistant or a similar role.
- Current Aisle Master License is preferred.
- Experience with IMS, RF scanners, and WMS applications.
- Physical capacity to lift cartons up to 25kgs.
