Overview

We seek an experienced Director to support Its Unique Families into the next chapter of growth. Working with our trustee board, you will strengthen services, expand reach, and increase the impact of programs.

Responsibilities retaining

• Lead strategy, manage programmes, and oversee finances to strengthen Its Unique Families, expanding reach and improving outcomes for families navigating SEND services.
• Shape growth and lead new initiatives.
• Collaborate with trustees to expand SEND services.
• Drive strategic decisions and strengthen impact for families navigating complex SEND systems.

Qualifications

• Experienced, values-driven trustee willing to support the growth of a non-profit organization.
• Support financial oversight, guide strategy and sustainability at board level.
• Lived experience of SEND is welcomed but not essential.
• Committed to our mission and to improving outcomes for families affected by SEND.
