Overview
Attention all Quality Engineers! Are you ready for a broad and challenging role that will test your skills and knowledge? Our client is searching for an experienced Quality Engineer to take an active role in the implementation of Quality systems for our site.
As a Quality Systems Expert, you will be working in a team, assisting in the management of ISO9001/IATF16949 Quality System, Management Reviews, Audits and more. You will also be supporting our production teams, Sales Force, and Automotive customers while handling customer enquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems, Management Reviews, and internal/external audits.
- Assist production teams, Sales Force, and automotive customers; handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Contribute to quality improvements through problem-solving and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Certified Auditor qualification (required).
- Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) would be a plus.
- Experience as a Quality Engineer with knowledge of core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP) and auditing experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lean Six Sigma techniques, 8D problem-solving tools/methodologies, and Qualified Lead Auditor experience are desirable.
- Knowledge of electronics products, International Material Data System, and a second language (preferably Chinese or German) is advantageous but not essential.
- Self-motivated, positive, highly organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
