The key objectives for the role are to grow revenue and profitability within the business unit by effectively promoting semiconductor products and services across international markets, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing initiatives to achieve monthly NBO (New Business Opportunity) targets.
- Manage and maintain competitive pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
- Identify and develop new business leads through digital channels, trade shows, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Sales, FAEs (Field Application Engineers), and Distributors to drive market penetration.
- Create and manage promotional material and website content to enhance product visibility and lead generation.
- Track and analyse product performance data to support decision-making and demand planning.
- Deliver excellent customer service while building strong internal and external business relationships.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
- Proven experience in Product Marketing within a semiconductor environment.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience presenting to technical and commercial audiences.
- Ability to design promotional materials and manage website content.
- Proficiency in demand planning and NBO tracking.
- Creative, digitally savvy approach to product promotion via new media and social platforms.
