The Procurement Function is an integral part of the Finance, Infrastructure, and Corporate Services (FICS) Directorate at Abertay. With a diverse procurement portfolio that spans Estates, ICT, Laboratories, Libraries, Professional Services, and beyond, ensuring the effective and efficient acquisition of goods and services to support Abertay.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will provide essential support across a wide range of procurement and administrative activities, ensuring efficient procurement operations, supplier engagement, and compliance with university policies.
The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach.
