We are recruiting to this challenging and varied People and Culture Partner role, which would suit an experienced HR professional with a commitment to excellent service and continuous development. Through this role, you will actively contribute to the University’s success, promoting an inclusive, engaged, high-performing workforce, through providing an HR and organisational development business partner service and contributing to university-wide initiatives.
This role will take a lead on policy development and contribute to institution-wide HR projects. Reporting to the Deputy Director of People & Culture and working closely with colleagues in our integrated People Services team, you will be involved in all range of HR functions, including:
- resourcing/recruitment
- performance management
- equality diversity & inclusion (EDI)
- employee relations
- staff engagement and wellbeing
You will be a qualified HR professional, with a track record in HR and OD including proven experience of working in a professional HR advisory role. You will have excellent working knowledge of both employment and equality law and an eye for detail and quality. You will be a confident communicator, capable of working independently, while also working well as part of a team, and have a strong sense of accountability.
