We are recruiting to this challenging and varied People and Culture Partner role, which would suit an experienced HR professional with a commitment to excellent service and continuous development.
Through this role, you will actively contribute to the University’s success, promoting an inclusive, engaged, high-performing workforce, through providing an HR and organisational development business partner service and contributing to university-wide initiatives.
This role will take a lead on policy development and contribute to institution-wide HR projects. Reporting to the Deputy Director of People.
