Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will provide first-line HR support across a range of activities including recruitment, HR policy guidance, payroll, pensions, and system administration. You will act as a key point of contact for managers and staff, ensuring processes are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with policy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on routine HR matters such as recruitment, probation, contracts and absence
- Processing HR transactions through our iTrent system
- Supporting payroll and pension administration by submitting accurate data and responding to staff queries
- Contributing to business improvements, HR projects, and the development of standard operating procedures
You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively and with diplomacy when handling sensitive information. Experience in HR administration and a good understanding of employment law and HR best practice are essential. Experience with HR or payroll systems, payroll and pension administration would be advantageous.
