The International Recruitment and Partnerships Office (IRPO) is responsible for growing the University’s international reputation and revenue. Comprising an international recruitment team tasked with increasing the number and diversity of international students on campus in Dundee; an international partnerships team focussed on developing our portfolio of Abertay programmes being taught overseas; and a Student Exchange and Study Abroad function which manages student mobility programmes with partner institutions.
The University now seeks to appoint two International Operations Officers to join a new International Operations Unit within IRPO to professionalise and operationalise delivery of international recruitment, TNE, and Abertay Online activity. The unit will provide consistent and robust processes, strengthen compliance and quality assurance, and offer coordinated support to the rest of IPOP, faculties and partners, enabling academic staff to focus on strategic teaching and partnership development.
The Unit plays an essential role in delivering Abertay’s plans for sustainable global growth and a high-quality experience for international students and partners. The role requires 2 decisive and proactive individuals to support a department tasked with promoting the world class student experience on offer to students on an Abertay degree. You will be an important member of a team that is empowered to think creatively to communicate the University’s value proposition.
