Aberlour Sycamore Services in Fort William provides residential care for children and young people aged 12–18, applying a Dyadic Developmental Practice approach to ensure safety and trauma-informed support. We are looking for a leader to contribute to the management and development of services, with shift patterns Mon-Fri 9–5, one back shift, and weekend on‑call rota every 5th weekend.
Candidates must have SCQF Level 8, register with the SSSC as Residential Child Care Worker with Supervisory
