Role Overview
The role is for a Residential Worker to join our team in Inverness. You will work 37.5 hours per week in a residential house that houses up to five young people. The position is fixed-term for 12 months.
Responsibilities
As a Residential Worker, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring that young people work toward their goals by supporting them with daily activities such as college, hobbies and group outings.
You will work therapeutically to help young people develop confidence and self‑worth, maximizing their potential for a fulfilled and happy life.
The service operates a residential rota. You are expected to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers. Shifts are set monthly and may be altered to suit the needs of the service.
