Aberlour Options Fife – Continuing Care in Glenrothes supports young people with learning disabilities and/or autism to live and thrive in the local community. This service houses four young people aged 16+ with a residential rota tailored to their needs.
Our relief workers provide essential cover on 12.5 hour shifts plus sleepovers, requiring social care experience and understanding of autism. A relevant qualification at SCQF level 7+ (eg SVQ3 Care or HNC) plus relevant experience is preferred.
