Meta Ads Creative Strategist – DTC eCommerce (Remote)
About the Role We are a US-based personal care ecommerce brand seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to lead our Meta ad creative strategy. This fully remote position focuses on developing high-converting direct response campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies and briefs for Meta ad campaigns
- Analyze performance data to identify winning creative patterns
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform creative direction
- Collaborate with designers/editors to produce scroll‑stopping ads
- Test new creative formats and systematically scale winners
- Bridge the gap between creative and media buying teams
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years in paid social creative strategy with Meta platform
- Proven track record creating successful DTC ad campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with data‑driven decision making
- Experience with direct response marketing principles
- Expert in creating native-feeling ads that convert
- Fluent English with strong copywriting skills
- Strong drive and ambition to continuously improve results
- Self‑starter thriving in fast‑paced environments
- Deep understanding of Facebook/Instagram/TikTok platforms and trends
- Proven ability to deliver measurable performance improvements (provide specific accounts with clear metrics)
