Founded in 1928, Aberdour is one of Surrey’s leading independent preparatory schools, catering for girls and boys aged 2-11 years and situated in 12 acres of beautiful countryside. Aberdour School is seeking to appoint a Head of Swimming to join our dedicated and hardworking team in September 2026. This is a role of real significance in the life of Aberdour School, offering the chance to elevate our already exceptional swimming provision and make a transformative impact on every pupil who steps into the pool.

As Head of Swimming, you will lead our swimming curriculum, coordinate lessons and teams, and inspire pupils of all ages and abilities. You will be given the trust, freedom and support to shape a programme that promotes excellence, enjoyment and personal growth.
