Position Type: Part Time (Minimum 15 hours per week)
Aberdein Considine are looking for a part time Viewing Agent to join our busy office in Banchory. The successful candidate will be required to hold a clean driver’s licence and must be licenced to drive a vehicle with manual gears. There will also be a requirement for the suitable candidate to work evenings and Saturdays.
Role of the Department
- Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
- Successfully convert valuations to new business
- Ensure correct pricing and maximum exposure for clients properties
- Identify other business opportunities that will generate revenue for the firm
- Provide an efficient, reliable and professional service at all times
Job Purpose
- Show prospective buyers our stock of sale properties
- Promote the main features of each property
- Highlight other suitable properties to viewers
- Identify opportunities for legal and financial services and secure appointments for advisers/solicitors
Key Responsibilities
- Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers
- Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to office
- Identify viewers specific property search requirements
- Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
- Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
Qualifications
Educated to Higher level or above
