Aberdein Considine are expanding their Newcastle Conveyancing Department and have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Residential Conveyancing Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor who can bring technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership capability to a high‑performing team.
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing transactions for the sale of properties on behalf of financial institution clients, from instruction through to completion, ensuring adherence to client service level agreements and internal procedures. The role involves preparing title reports, contracts, auction legal packs, completion statements and TR2s, as well as liaising with asset managers, clients, third parties and customers to provide clear and timely updates throughout the sale process.
In addition, the Solicitor will play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior team members, contributing to the ongoing growth, development, and succession planning of the team. Person Specification
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with minimum 5+ years’ PQE

- Experience of mentoring and supporting junior fee‑earners
