Aberdein Considine is looking for a Property Adviser to join our team based in Dyce. The role involves conducting property viewings throughout the area with prospective buyers and tenants. The successful candidate must hold a full clean driving licence. Additionally, the candidate will handle enquiries from prospective buyers and promote the services offered by the firm. The ideal person will be a great communicator with a good knowledge of local property market conditions.

Job Description

Position Type: Full-time / Permanent

Responsibilities include:

• Selling the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers and landlords
• Obtaining viewing feedback and communicating with clients
• Identifying viewers\’ specific property search requirements
• Cross-selling properties and highlighting main features to encourage viewings
• Promoting relevant services to viewers and highlighting benefits of using Aberdein Considine
• Assisting the property team with general property enquiries

Requirements

Qualifications (Essential):

• Educated to Higher level or above

Skills and Experience (Essential):

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Well presented and professional
• A pleasant, confident manner
• Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
• Reliable and honest
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different environments
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently
• Good time management
• Full / clean UK Drivers Licence

Desirable:

• Previous estate agency experience
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Experience in cross-selling and business development

Knowledge (Essential):

• Local property market conditions
• Local economic factors
• Advertising mediums relevant to the property industry
