  • Deliver high levels of customer service using effective communication skills.
  • Support and develop the firms IT systems so it meets the demands of the firm, enabling us to meet our business goals and objectives
  • Setting and Managing expectation levels and contributing to continual improvement of the firms\' systems

JOB PURPOSE

  • Customer experience optimization and end-user engagement
  • Helping to ensure that systems are running smoothly, and users remain productive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver excellent customer service while communicating with users of varying technical ability
  • Provide support for hardware and software
  • Provide administration support for the firms system
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate levels of support as required
  • Manage workload, logging, tracking and manage support requests using helpdesk software

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualification in IT related discipline
  • 1-2 years\' experience in an IT Support role

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Think logically and systematically
