Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual with a passion for property and people? We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player to be the welcoming face within our Banchory branch as a Property Adviser and provide vital support to our estate agency team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience. You’ll also support the team helping to manage client communications and manage a database of potential buyers, understanding their property requirements and identifying how we can assist them in securing their next home.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house enquiries
- Handling calls, emails, and web enquiries
- Managing a busy diary of property viewings/inspections
- Carrying out accompanied viewings throughout the Deeside area
- Obtaining feedback from potential buyers
- Organising post, keys, and signage
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and general office admin
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- A natural organiser with a methodical approach
- Minimum of 3 Highers (including English)
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
Desirable:
- Experience in estate agency or have a comparable sales background
- Knowledge of property sales processes and terminology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
