The Role
As a Solicitor within our Litigation team, you will manage a varied caseload covering debt recovery and dispute resolution matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to lender and banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Managing a busy and varied caseload from instruction through to resolution.
- Conducting secured debt recovery actions.
- Drafting court pleadings and legal documents.
- Negotiating settlements and securing positive outcomes for clients.
- Representing clients at court hearings and settlement meetings.
- Consistently achieving fee and performance targets.
About You
You will ideally possess:
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
Experience in litigation, debt recovery or dispute resolution.
Strong knowledge of secured debt recovery law and practice.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding caseload.
Commercial awareness and a practical, client-focused approach.
Proficiency in case management systems and legal research tools
