About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and positive experience. You’ll also support the team behind the scenes- helping to market properties, manage client communications, and keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and handling front-of-house reception duties
- Supporting the team with property marketing, including selecting photography and managing home reports
- Preparing sales and purchase documentation
- Managing listings on property portals and coordinating price changes
- Handling calls, emails, and web enquiries
- Organising post, keys, and signage
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and general office admin
What We’re Looking For
- A natural organiser with a methodical approach
- Minimum of 3 Highers (including English)
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- HND in Business Management or Secretarial Studies
- Experience in estate agency or legal admin
- Knowledge of property sales processes and terminology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
