The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
To support a caseload of people to help them in their recovery and to address needs and barriers they face. This will include undertaking comprehensive assessments and providing care management to meet the needs of community care user groups in accordance with the requirements of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1991. This includes providing a rehabilitation service to assist individuals who have problematic alcohol or drug use to re-establish themselves as full members of the community.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation. Fixed term for a period not exceeding 31/05/2027.
Requirements:
- This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
- The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
- Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out of the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required, and you will be required to provide this check.
- A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
- This post has a minimum requirement of two references, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
