Assist with the compilation and agreement of contracts / SLA’s for delivery and procurement of services for housing and non-housing work to internal and external customers; the development and ultimate adoption of all necessary auditing and investigative procedures to demonstrate that all work, undertaken by and for Housing Asset Management, complies with all Financial Regulations and meets with the requirements of Internal Audit and to assist with the quality assurance of such processes to demonstrate value for money.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
