Support the work of the Bennachie Centre Trust by taking a lead role in organising and overseeing the day to day operation of the Bennachie Visitor Centre, supervising employees and welcoming customers and visitors.
This is an annualised hours role which will require flexible, weekend and lone working. The Bennachie Visitor Centre is open Monday - Sunday from 10am – 4:30pm, April to October each calendar year. Hours of work will vary between approximately 9:30am – 5pm.
Work in the quieter close season includes reviewing the season just past, planning for the upcoming one, including undertaking recruitment for seasonal staff, and co-ordination of essential health and safety inspections for the building.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Fixed term for a period not exceeding: 30/07/2028.
