Job Description
Deliver the Housing Options service, exploring options and choices to address an individuals housing need. This features early intervention activities and includes advice on all tenure options with a focus on homelessness prevention and including homelessness assistance where required.
This role may require flexible, evening and weekend working, and home visits.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
