The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the establishment and assist the care staff to provide support to individuals with personal care tasks, as required. There is also a requirement to assist with the preparation of food, serving meals and beverages.
The candidate will need to be available to work variable shift patterns including weekends, evenings and daytime. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
The vacancy hours are to be worked over a three week rolling rota including some weekend working: 4 x 6 hour shifts per week, early shifts start at 8am and finish at 2pm and late shifts start at 2pm and finish at 8pm. Fixed Term for a period not exceeding 16/01/2027.
This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory. This post has a minimum requirement of two references, one of which must be your current or most recent employer.
