The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 Β£ per year.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Change Leader to join our team and drive the delivery of the Future Aberdeenshire Transformation Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and facilitating business change across the organisation emerging from the Business Change portfolio.
You will bring to the role strong organisational and project management skills and an ability to work flexibly adapting to changing priorities in this fast-paced programme. You will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and be committed to continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Acting as an ambassador for change, you will facilitate and guide services in the training and delivery of business change interventions. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
