Job Description
A Catering Assistant is required to work in Banchory Primary School to undertake the preparation, cooking, and service of food and beverages.
You should be an enthusiastic and motivated team worker with good communication skills. A certificate in basic hygiene and experience working in an Aberdeenshire school kitchen are desirable; however, full training will be provided, and a uniform supplied. The role may require flexible hours and weekend work.
The post holder is expected to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Work Pattern: 12pm – 2pm, Monday to Friday (Term time)
Aberdeenshire Council currently applies a Living Wage Supplement to all employees earning less than £13.06 per hour.
