  • Our Investments business is a specialist asset manager that focuses on areas where we have both strength and scale to capitalise on the key themes shaping the market, through either public markets or alternative asset classes

About the role:

The Client Tribe is at the heart of delivering digital solutions that empower our Client Group and Marketing teams. From CRM and client portals to marketing automation and data platforms, we build the tools that make client and colleague experiences smoother, smarter, and more impactful. We work in agile PODs – small, focused teams with real autonomy – where collaboration and purpose drive everything we do.

Right now, we\’re launching a new capability to uncover AI and automation opportunities that reimagine how colleagues work day-to-day. A dedicated team is being formed to lead process reengineering, helping us unlock efficiency and deliver better outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
  • Apply UX principles to ensure that all solutions are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users.
  • Work closely with data engineers, technical leads, product owners, and reporting teams to define requirements and validate outputs.
  • Advocate for agile and design thinking with the design thinking approach, and mentor colleagues in these skills.
  • Collaborate on POC and implementations of AI and automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, business rules, and automation logic to support transparency and governance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse existing functionality, simplify processes, and leverage configuration to accelerate solution delivery.

About the candidate:

  • Software development and design experience
  • Proven experience in marketing, client service or sales
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer in a large institution.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
  • Experience with UX and design thinking principles and practices.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex processes and identify new ways of working
